Stephen Fleming, the former New Zealand captain appointed England's Test head coach in July, says the national team should ideally be coached by someone from England. Speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live, he said developing English coaches would be a priority of his tenure. Only two Englishmen have led the Test side since 1999. Fleming's first series in charge is in South Africa in December.
