England v Mexico delayed by storms in Mexico City

England's World Cup last-16 tie against hosts Mexico has been delayed by around an hour after thunderstorms hit Mexico City, pushing back the 1am UK kickoff. Under FIFA rules, players and fans cannot enter the stadium when there is lightning within six miles, forcing the hold. The same venue saw Mexico's game against Ecuador delayed by an hour by storms in the previous round.
