Ebola outbreak: 'First defence' against rare strain collapses

A rare Ebola strain is causing what's likely its biggest outbreak ever, and the main way to fight it has failed. Clean water, which is the absolute first line of defence in any public health emergency, is no longer available. This particular Bundibugyo strain also has no licensed vaccine, making the situation even more serious.
