The Democratic Republic of Congo's Ebola outbreak is spreading at an unprecedented pace, the Africa Centres for Disease Control has warned. US authorities have expanded Ebola screening at Atlanta airport, partly because Congo's football team is travelling to Houston for the World Cup. The outbreak has drawn little Western coverage despite the speed of its growth and its timing alongside a major global sporting event.
