Driver gets 6-month suspended term for M4 crash
A woman died on the M4 smart motorway after a van collided with her broken-down car. Barry O'Sullivan, 45, was found guilty of careless driving and given a six-month jail term, suspended for 12 months, at Reading Crown Court. The 68-year-old victim, Pulvinder Dhillon, was in a Nissan Micra that had been stationary for about six minutes.
