Doctor forgot boy's rash, he died next day

A hospital doctor forgot to check a five-year-old boy's rash, and he sadly died the next day from an infection. Dr Refat Parveen admitted at an inquest that the reported red rash on Jax Jefferys "slipped her mind" at Queen Alexandra Hospital. Jax, from Waterlooville, was sent home on November 30, 2022, and collapsed the following day.
