Derby Man in 30s Arrested After Car Hits Pedestrians

Several people sustained injuries, some serious, following a vehicle striking them in Derby city centre. Police detained a man aged in his thirties after his car hit the walkers on Friar Gate at approximately 9:30pm on Saturday. Officers have requested anyone who saw a black Suzuki Swift in the area to contact them.
