Daniel Thomas denies slashing dinghy in Channel with blade
Far-right activist Daniel Thomas denied a charge of criminal damage following the emergence of a video that seemed to depict him cutting a dinghy in the Channel. The 37-year-old also denied failing to disclose his phone's PIN to police, and was refused bail on Friday. Thomas, who has requested a crown court trial, is scheduled to attend Portsmouth Crown Court on Tuesday, 29 September.
