Couple jailed for killing two men they drugged in honeytrap robberies

Adina Mihai and Madalin Dumitru were sentenced to 17 years in prison for manslaughter and poisoning. The pair met men advertised online, giving them powerful sedative gamma-butyrolactone (GBL) to steal cash and valuables. Two men died, Gary Mouat and Malcolm King, while two other victims survived the drug, which the judge called “extremely toxic”.
