Cornell President Calls Campus Assault Allegations Deeply Disturbing
Cornell president Michael Kotlikoff has called a student’s allegations of an assault at the Chi Phi fraternity deeply disturbing, and said the university must do better. The woman, known only as Jane Doe, says seven men attacked her in October 2024. She told campus police, and no charges followed. She is suing the university. New York’s attorney general is reviewing how the case was handled.
