Container ship hit, cruise ship sees splash near Hormuz

Shipping risks have increased again near the Strait of Hormuz after fresh reports of strikes and suspicious activity close to Oman. UKMTO said on Saturday it received one report of a container ship hit by an unknown projectile and another from a cruise ship captain who saw a splash near the vessel. Earlier, it also reported IRGC ships had fired at a tanker, with the crew safe.
