Claude Code for macOS now allows sessions to message each other

The latest Claude Code update lets different sessions share findings and coordinate work, especially useful for big projects. Users can tell Claude to send a summary of content to another session, which picks it up mid-task. This feature helps with things like handing over findings or getting updates from long-running tasks.
