China evacuates over a million people as Typhoon Dolphin makes landfall

As Typhoon Dolphin made landfall, Chinese authorities relocated over a million individuals in eastern China, encompassing Shanghai. The storm first reached Yuhuan in Zhejiang province on Wednesday with wind speeds of 150km/h.
