Child rapist escapes staff in Perth, sparking police manhunt

Police Scotland have issued a public safety alert after Cliff Lyons Dobbie went missing from Perth city centre on Friday. Dobbie was convicted for the rape of a 10-year-old girl in 1990 while on bail for sexually abusing a 12-year-old boy. He has unique tattoos, including blue, tiger-like eyes on his right arm, and connections to Glasgow.
