Cattle to get TB vaccine, badger culls stop soon

Cattle in England will start getting a tuberculosis vaccine from 2030, marking a huge shift for farmers battling the costly disease. This new strategy, developed with farmers and vets, aims to end badger culls by 2029 and expand badger vaccination instead. Currently, over 20,000 infected cattle are culled, costing taxpayers £100m yearly.
