Cardiologist suggests four fruits to help reduce heart disease risk

Heart disease accounts for more deaths than any other cause in the UK; however, increased fruit consumption may reduce an individual's risk. Cardiologist David Min MD says apples, avocados, blueberries, and oranges are particularly beneficial. These fruits contain fibre and antioxidants, which help improve blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
