Cardiff police arrest two boys over balaclava gang attacks

Two boys, aged 13 and 11, have been arrested and released on bail after masked youths targeted cyclists and children along Cardiff's Taff Trail. Officers say gang members knocked children off bikes near Hailey Park, Gabalfa and Llandaff, and punched one child in the face. Plain-clothed officers were also confronted near Sophia Gardens on 23 July, with police increasing patrols along the route in response.
