Burst pipe left 15,000 London and Surrey homes without water

Around 15,000 properties in five London boroughs and two Surrey boroughs are experiencing a lack of water or reduced pressure. Thames Water said the issue was first reported around 5:15 BST this morning, affecting 18 postcode areas. Several schools, including Long Ditton Infant and Nursery School, have closed for the day.
