Burnham likely to visit New York for UN meeting next month

Premier Andy Burnham signaled his likely presence at the United Nations General Assembly, to be held in New York in September; this would be his inaugural trip to the United States since assuming the premiership. He aims to advocate for an increase in American-produced Patriot missiles for Ukraine, as their current inventory is depleted, in part because of the conflict in Iran.
