British tourist, 45, drowned swimming ashore from Spanish ferry

A 45-year-old British tourist has died after attempting to swim to a beach from a Spanish ferry. He was travelling with family on the Dorimar ferry between Cambrils and Salou when he and his brother jumped into the water. Other passengers on the boat saw him struggling and alerted the crew, who called for help.
