British Army halts major training due to budget cuts.

Reports indicate that the British Army has received instructions to stop "collective training" for units not getting ready for deployment, owing to financial constraints. Included in the cancellations are significant exercises, notably a six-week military drill planned for Wales that was to include Challenger 2 tanks and Apache gunships.
