Ben with Duchenne gets new drug after campaign

A new drug is now widely available for children with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, offering hope to slow the disease's worsening. Alex, a father from Henley-on-Thames, expressed happiness that his 12-year-old son Ben will get access to Givinostat after more than a year of campaigning. An independent body approved the drug's country-wide availability earlier this month.
