Belfast victim's family pleads for no more violence

The family of a man stabbed in Belfast is asking people not to use their tragedy to cause more violence or division in the city. Stephen Ogilvie sustained the loss of an eye during the assault, an event that ignited widespread disturbances where vehicles and residences were torched throughout Belfast on Tuesday evening. An individual identified as Hadi Alodid, a Sudanese national aged 30, faces a charge of attempted murder related to the occurrence.
