BBC presenter Maryam Moshiri reveals incurable blood cancer

Maryam Moshiri, 49, has been undergoing immunotherapy for Polycythaemia vera since her diagnosis two years ago. The disorder causes the bone marrow to constantly produce red blood cells, which can lead to blood clots, strokes, and heart attacks if not treated.
