Bayeux Tapestry has two broken threads after its July journey to London

France's culture minister said two broken threads were found in the Bayeux Tapestry after its high-security journey to London from Bayeux. The historic tapestry, having undergone a centimetre-by-centimetre examination, is "virtually unchanged", according to officials. The artefact arrived in July and will be on show at the British Museum from Thursday, 10 September.
