BA flight delayed three hours after crew accidentally deploys emergency slide

A British Airways flight from Montreal to London Heathrow was delayed after a senior cabin crew member accidentally set off an emergency slide. The costly mistake happened on Saturday morning before take-off, costing British Airways about £100,000. Passengers eventually left for the UK aboard a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, landing at 12.30pm on Saturday.
