Scientists have found a mysterious flash of radio waves, designated FRB 20240304B, that travelled over 10 billion years to reach Earth. The fast radio burst (FRB) emerged from a time when the universe had existed for approximately 3 billion years, exceeding the prior distance benchmark by more than twofold.
