Andy Burnham records video for bride who asked him to avoid her wedding

Bride Sarah Burwin received a surprise video message from Andy Burnham after she asked him not to disrupt her wedding at Number 10 North. She was worried the heavy police presence from the building's opening last month would "ruin the vibe" of her photos. Mr Burnham's message to Sarah and Fred was played after they tied the knot on Friday, making her day.
