Airbus A330neo deliveries slow after finding quality flaw

Airbus has slowed deliveries of its A330neo jets after discovering a quality issue with the horizontal tail plane. The problem was found during production, with a stray tool reportedly discovered in one aircraft's tail section. Airbus has confirmed that the underlying issue has been pinpointed, and the delivery of A330 aircraft has resumed.
