Mahrah Al Nahyan, 32, a member of Abu Dhabi's ruling family by marriage, was handed a community order for two years, which included a rehabilitation requirement. She had been taking cocaine in the days before she was found in west London on 13 June while a barefoot three-year-old played near moving traffic. On Tuesday, she pleaded guilty to neglecting a child at Southwark Crown Court and received a £5,000 fine.
