Apple opens new Houston centre to train US manufacturers
Apple has inaugurated a 20,000-square-foot Advanced Manufacturing Center in Houston, Texas, where complimentary training is provided to small and medium-sized businesses. The company committed hundreds of millions of dollars to the project, which is also set to commence Mac mini production in late 2026. The Houston Advanced Manufacturing Center is Apple's second-largest US manufacturing site, following its Manufacturing Academy in Detroit.
