Air India to screen all pilots for prohibited drugs
Air India will now test all its pilots for banned substances, going beyond the usual 10% random checks. The decision follows a Phuket to Delhi flight last week where the senior pilot reportedly tested positive for marijuana after the plane suddenly dropped 300 feet. Both pilots from that flight have been removed from duties while Indian authorities investigate.
