Canada will match US 50% tariffs after trade talks fail

New US tariffs on about $20 billion of Canadian goods came into effect on Saturday after last-minute trade talks broke down. Prime Minister Mark Carney said Canada would impose reciprocal tariffs "dollar for dollar" to protect its businesses and workers.
