Over 100 tech firms urge global action on AI cyber threats

More than 100 companies, including OpenAI and Google, have endorsed an open letter that advocates for collaborative efforts to enhance cyber defences. They warn that AI-enabled cyber attacks will become more widespread and sophisticated, putting public services and companies at risk. The letter asks governments to coordinate cyber defence and for cybersecurity firms to make AI-powered defence accessible.
