Russian missile attack on Ukraine kills baby, injures 12

A three-month-old baby died and 11 people were injured when a Russian attack hit an apartment building in south-eastern Ukraine on Saturday. Kyiv also faced a missile attack early on Sunday, with its military administration reporting one person injured.
