Cybercriminals used Cursor, SpaceX's AI coding assistant, for hundreds of malicious operations, according to security firm Gambit Security. They reportedly asserted that the hacks were trials conducted to obtain entry to a Belgian chemical company and at least six other firms. Chat logs found by Gambit Security confirmed the use of the AI agent.
