€90bn EU loan: Ukraine eyes Patriot, Storm Shadow missiles

Military supplies could increase as Kyiv prepares to use major new funding for defence needs. Officials said the European Union’s €90bn loan may be approved as soon as Wednesday, with first payments expected next month. Funds are likely to go towards US Patriot air defence systems and British Storm Shadow missiles, according to officials familiar with the plan.
