NHS managers are warning that care for autism and ADHD faces disruption as service costs spiral out of control. The NHS Alliance, representing health managers, called the current system a "bad deal" for patients and taxpayers. They found some local health boards paying vastly different amounts for similar services, with one seeing costs jump from £4 million to £30 million annually.
