2022 World Cup final official Ismail Elfath to referee England vs Argentina

Ismail Elfath, the fourth official at the 2022 World Cup final, has been appointed to officiate the semi-final match in Atlanta on Wednesday. The 44-year-old, born in Morocco and raised in the US, previously played as a striker before becoming a full-time official. He was also the fourth official when Argentina, led by Lionel Messi, won the 2022 World Cup final on penalties.
