XTC honoured with new sculpture in Swindon park
The XhibitA sculpture, funded by nearly £6,000 from fans globally, found its place in Swindon's Queen's Park on Saturday. Images from the band's 1979 album Drums and Wires and their logo are incorporated into the 2-metre high steel artwork. Former drummer Terry Chambers expressed that it felt "humbling" to be remembered after such a long time.
