Historic Leicester church roof destroyed by a large fire
Thick smoke from a major blaze at St Andrew's Church in Leicester city centre has blanketed the area since early Wednesday. Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Control are tackling the incident on Jarrom Street, with police also seen at the scene. Locals are being told to keep doors and windows closed because of the large smoke plume.
