Google Health now syncs data directly to Apple Health
The fresh update lets people track steps and sleep without needing to use Google's software as much, though heart rate variability data won't transfer. US patients can also share their logged medical records directly with doctors using Smart Health Links. iPhone users can now send their fitness stats straight from Google's app to Apple Health with version 5.05.
