SpaceX rocket part crashes into Moon on Wednesday
A four-tonne section of a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, comparable in scale to a five-storey building, impacted the Moon on Wednesday morning. The impact, which happened around 7:35 am UK time, is expected to create a new crater up to 27 metres wide. Scientists are planning to study the event to better understand lunar impacts and track space debris.
