David Jonsson cast as new Black Panther, film out December 2028
BAFTA Rising Star Award winner David Jonsson will play the adult son of Chadwick Boseman's T'Challa in "Black Panther 3". Director Ryan Coogler confirmed Jonsson is the new Black Panther during a panel at San Diego Comic-Con. The film, which will be shot on large-format celluloid film, is set for release on 15 December, 2028.
