Google Assistant leaving Android phones from 4 September
Google has begun notifying users that Assistant will no longer be available on Android phones and tablets from next month. The process starts on 4 September and will take several weeks, with Gemini replacing it on compatible devices. Following this alteration, individuals will be unable to revert to Google Assistant.
