Ford recalls over half a million Broncos for fire risk
Ford is recalling 565,691 Bronco and Bronco Raptor models from 2021-2026 because a wiring harness can short circuit and cause a fire. The company estimates about 1% of these vehicles have the defect, which can lead to smoke or flames from the engine compartment. Dealerships will install new wiring covers for free to fix the problem.
