Investigators are still probing why a blast at Taff's Well quarry flooded homes in Gwaelod-y-Garth near Cardiff on Thursday. Flood water reached about five feet deep inside some properties, damaging 15 homes and forcing 13 families to evacuate, with no injuries reported.
