Goodies star and Springwatch host Bill Oddie dies at 85
Bill Oddie, the Goodies comedian who became one of Britain's best known wildlife presenters, died on Saturday aged 85, his agent David Foster said on Monday. Oddie fronted BBC series including Springwatch, Autumnwatch and Bill Oddie Goes Wild after finding 1970s comedy fame with Tim Brooke-Taylor and Graeme Garden. His wife Laura and daughters Bonnie, Kate and Rosie requested privacy.
