Grooming gang found guilty of exploiting teenage girls
A jury at Caernarfon Crown Court in north Wales found members of a grooming gang guilty of sexually exploiting teenage girls in the Rhyl area. The three month trial heard the girls were supplied with drugs and alcohol and abused over an extended period. Sentencing has not yet been scheduled, and reporting restrictions remain in place to protect the identities of the victims involved.
