Jordan Henderson joins Chelsea on free transfer
England midfielder Jordan Henderson has joined Chelsea on a free transfer after leaving Brentford by mutual consent earlier this summer transfer window. He has signed a two year contract with the Premier League club, now managed by head coach Xabi Alonso. Chelsea also added experienced forward Danny Welbeck this summer as part of a push to bring more experienced leadership into the squad.
